We deeply appreciate each and every one of our guests and want to ensure your stay with us is fabulous, despite the additional rules and regulations pertaining to health and safety. Below we have listed the process for check-in and check-out, as well as what to expect, but we want you to know we are just a call or text away and more than happy to be of service.

All guests will be checked in at the front desk unless, after-hours where you will come to the front door, keys will be packaged in an envelope with your last name on the packet.  Inside you will find your key and additional instructions. If you request to have a remote check-in please call the desk and arrange with staff.

At this time we are unable to clean rooms once they have been checked in. Once you have arrived we will only be able to service fresh towels or extra room supplies as requested by having you call the front desk. Then our staff will come and deliver (at your doorstep) the needed items in a bag. Additionally, if you have any trash or soiled items you can leave them in a bag outside of your room and we will pick them up daily.

No decorative bedding or unnecessary items will remain in the rooms at this time. Only professionally cleaned and single-use items will remain.

As always, we will continue to use professional-grade cleaning and sanitation products in all areas of our hotel and laundry facility. For the protection of both our guests and small staff team, we find it imperative to continue cleaning all touchpoints daily in all areas of the used space. Additionally, we will add antibacterial products to all rooms and employee areas.

All staff will be temperature tested daily upon arrival and be sent home with any temperature or symptoms.

No food or beverage services will be provided at this time. We provide breakfast vouchers to local restaurants to help cover the cost.

Pool (depending on the season) and Hot Tub are open with Social Distancing requirements.

When checking out please leave the keys in your room or drop them at the front-desk bowl and simply send us a text or call us to let us know and we will have your final bill emailed to you that day.
